Soccer

After school is an opportunity for young players to develop different skills including Technical, Physical and Motorial. Essential for the younger group are games and drills that encourage recognition of numbers and colors, problem solving, agility, balance and coordination (Including the following: Simon Says; Ship, Deck, Shore; Tic Tac Toe; Bend it like Beckham; MLS Shootout; Build the Town/Wrecking Ball, Soccer Bowling and Follow the Leader). We encourage that functions be done with the soccer ball. With that simple game coaching point delivered encouraging speed, change of direction and targeted outcome of thinking, balance, agility fulfilled.
