Afterschool Programs
5, 6, 7, 8...sounds like Broadway is calling! In this super fun and high-energy class, students will learn technical dance terms and concepts, build choreography based on both classic and contemporary Broadway musicals, and explore storytelling through music and movement. From Wicked to The Wiz, Hairspray to Hamilton, Singin' in the Rain to SIX, our TAs will guide students in discovering a variety of dance genres within the world of musical theater. Young dancers will have the opportunity to create character-driven solos, work together as a performance ensemble, and express themselves through the joy of dancing onstage!
