
In this fun Martial Fitness class, we’ll learn how to move our bodies with balance, strength, and flexibility! Through games, exercises, and playful drills like rolling, crawling, and walking, students will build full-body coordination and learn how to breathe and focus. We’ll practice good posture and relaxation, just like in martial arts, to help everyone feel strong and calm. Each activity is explained and shown first, then we all try together, with lots of encouragement along the way. It’s a great way for little movers to enjoy being active and discover what their bodies can do!
